Terms of Service
Operational terms, booking cancellations, and flight policies.
1. Day Tours Bookings
Private day tours are customized to your group and preferences. Rates include deluxe private air-conditioned vehicle transport and guiding by a government-licensed professional for up to 9 hours and 200 kilometers per day. Standard over-mileage and overnight supplements apply as specified on our Private Tours page.
2. Helicopter Flight Policies
All helicopter flights are calculated from the flight base in the Tel Aviv area back to base. Flight hours are billed from engine start-up to shut-down. Standard wait calculations, landing permissions, and landing crew fees of $250.00 per site apply for off-airport landings.
3. Cancellations & Re-scheduling
Flight and tour cancellations due to safety concerns (e.g. weather conditions, air traffic controller restrictions) are subject to full rescheduling or refund. Customer-initiated cancellations must be reported at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
4. Liability
While we strive to guarantee a perfect and safe experience, Tour Israel is not responsible for baggage damage, loss, flight delays, or closures of national heritage sites outside our control. We advise all guests to arrange standard travel health insurance.
